Ready to ship items ship within 3 business days. Made to order items from the online shop ship within 21 business days. Custom items have varying lead time. The estimated production period for custom orders is stated in the announcement bar at the top of the page, however this is not a guarantee. Custom order timelines will be communicated on an individual basis. Emily Klopstein Fine Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Returns/Cancellations
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for non-custom, non-special order items. Jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original condition with original packaging. Refunds are less the original shipping cost, and the customer is responsible for safe + secure return shipping. Please contact us to discuss your needs and to initiate a return or an exchange. Emily Klopstein Fine Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. All custom and special orders are FINAL SALE.
Cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours of order time stamp. Please contact us to request a cancellation.
Repairs/Resizing
We stand by the quality of our work and want your jewelry to last a lifetime! If at any time your EK piece needs repair, please contact us directly to discuss your needs. A fee may be charged based on the type of repair.
All custom jewelry pieces include one free resizing. Other pieces, depending on the design, may be resized within a reasonable range. Please contact us to inquire about resizing your EK ring.
